FAQ

What is Kairos Global?

Kairos Global (KG) is a missions organization that primarily focuses on reaching those who have never heard the Gospel within the regions of the 10/40 Window by equipping and sending out long-term missionaries. To learn more about KG, please visit www.kairosglobal.co

What is the 10/40 Window?

According to Ends of the Earth Ministries, the 10/40 Window is a rectangular area of North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia between 10 degrees north and 40 degrees north latitude. Also known as The Resistant Belt, the 10/40 Window consists of the majority of world’s Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists who are waiting to hear the Gospel for the very first time.

Why did you partner with Kairos Global and feel called to the 10/40 Window?

KG’s tagline is to “Love the King, Advance the Kingdom” by reaching the unreached and unengaged in the 10/40 Window. This region, which constitutes approximately 5.22 billion people out of the world’s 8 billion, has 3.16 billion individuals who have never been exposed to the Gospel. Shockingly, out of the 450,000 worldwide missionaries, only 11,700 are focused on reaching this massive unreached population. Furthermore, only $1.70 out of every $100 designated for global missions goes towards reaching the 10/40. (Mission stats source: www.thetravelingteam.org)

Despite being one of the most underfunded and underserved regions in the realm of global missions, the Lord is actively working in the 10/40 Window, which is a testament to His Glory. KG seeks to address this imbalance by raising laborers to “GO” and for senders to “SEND,” with a goal to love the King and advance His Kingdom.

Currently, KG has missionaries in two Middle Eastern countries and one Southeast Asian country. We have formed partnerships with local churches, other missions organizations, and underground secret churches in the 10/40 Window to facilitate access to different countries and further the work of our missionaries.

We chose to partner with KG because of their commitment to raising missionaries who will work alongside the local church to spread the Gospel in the 10/40 Window. KG’s approach to missions emphasizes collaboration and partnership with the local church, rather than working independently. This partnership is important because it raises accountability on both ends to ensure the longevity of the missionaries’ work on the field.

What is your family’s vision?

Our family's vision is to participate in the Great Commission by forging partnerships with local churches, and discipling, mentoring, and collaborating with long-term laborers  to bring the Gospel message to the most spiritually deprived regions of the 10/40 Window. We aspire to embrace a ministry of prayer and teaching that will enable us to align ourselves with God's purposes and ensure that Jesus receives His full inheritance in these regions.

What is your family’s calling?

  • Called to raise awareness of the urgent need for laborers to proclaim the Good News of Jesus in the 10/40 Window (Matthew 9:35-38)

  • Called to facilitate the mobilization, training, and equipping of laborers for the work of proclaiming the Gospel in close collaboration with local churches. Through this partnership, we seek to send out laborers who are well-prepared and equipped to make a meaningful impact in the communities they serve. (Romans 10:14-15, Matthew 28:20)

  • Called to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the least evangelized areas of the 10/40 Window, achieved through the mobilization of long-term workers and partnerships with local underground movements (Romans 15:14-22)

  • Called to live as contemporary Levitical priests, devoting ourselves to prayer and intercession in the sacred space of the prayer room. Here, we seek direction from the Lord, minister to Him in worship, and offer Him the adoration and honor that He so richly deserves. Our daily dedication to this spiritual discipline enables us to serve as conduits of blessing and guidance to those around us, and to align ourselves more fully with God's divine will and purpose. (1 Peter 2:9, Psalm 34, Psalm 27)
